Attorney Simona Bezman concentrates her legal practice in the areas of U.S. immigration
and naturalization law, business law, family matters, personal injury,
drafting wills and trusts and landlord and tenant law. |

Ms. Bezman received her Bachelor
of Science degree from the University of California, in Los
Angeles, in 1999. Next, she went on to receive her Juris Doctor
degree, with high honors, in 2002. She is a recipient of academic
Honors, including Dean's List in Fall 2000, Spring 2001, Fall
2001, Spring 2002. In addition, Ms. Bezman is a recipient
of the highest Academic Honor, American Jurisprudence Awards,
in Evidence, Community Property, Solving Legal Problems, Privacy
and Defamation.
Ms. Bezman is a member of several legal and professional associations.
She is active in the American Immigration Lawyers Association
(AILA), annually attending the conference. Simona Bezman is
also an active member of the American Bar Association (ABA),
California Bar Association, and Santa Clara County
Bar Association. |

Simona Bezman was born in Moldova, former
Soviet Union. She immigrated to the US with her family in 1991.
Ms. Bezman speaks English and Russian. She likes to travel around
the world, read books, and spend quality time with her wonderful
husband. |
